Validation Approach

The prediction model is trained by correlating co-temporal corrosivity exposure (locations, missions, treatments) with corrosion maintenance.

Model performance is evaluated via temporal cross-validation, by measuring p-th percentile overdue and premature prediction length, and comparing against unseen corrosion maintenance data.

Integration & Support

Data inputs include corrosion maintenance logs, anonymized base location profile and coarse flight profile logs, treatment logs, scheduled maintenance plans, and planned mission requirements.

Optionally includes base-deployed corrosivity exposure sensors.

Support provided at Tier 0 (self-service), Tier 1 (help desk), Tier 2 (technical support), and Tier 3 (subject-matter expert support) levels.
